I purchased two of the European Sham size (26" square) to fill some decorative shams for my master bedroom. They work just fine, and very nicely fill out the shams. The description says "pillow insert," and that's what I use them for: inserts for decorative pillows -- NOT for sleeping.

It sounds like the "fill-ability" of these might vary depending on what size you get, as some folks have complained about "skimpiness." All I can say is, in the large 26" square size, these are absolutely perfect: nice and puffy, a nice tight fit inside the sham. They look great, and provide a nice amount of back support, too.

Very happy with these pillows, they fill the sham out nicely and are comfortable to lay on. If you are looking for pillows that are very firm and want that as a permanent look, these may not be what you want. If you want a pillow that looks good and is comfy as well, then this is the one. -- Nice Pillow at a Good Price
